Our mission is to simplify every aspect of the rental lifecycle from marketing and tenant onboarding to rent collection, maintenance, and utility coordination. With a flexible and transparent model, we deliver exceptional service and value, making real estate operations more efficient, cost-effective, and reliable for all our users.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Waitlist Technologies Ltd ("Waitlist," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described herein.

1. Onboarding Fee

  • Non-Refundable After Completion: The onboarding fee covers account setup, system configuration, and initial training. This fee is non-refundable once the onboarding process has been completed.
  • Partial Refund Eligibility: If you cancel during onboarding, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our assessment of the progress made. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.

2. Subscription and Service Charges

  • Monthly/Annual Subscription Fees: Subscription charges grant you access to the Waitlist platform and its associated features. These are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within the current billing cycle.

3. Transaction-Based Fees (e.g., Rent Processing, Utility Management)

  • Non-Refundable Upon Service Completion: Transaction-based fees, such as a percentage-based fee on rent collection or utility bill processing, are charged upon service completion and are non-refundable.
  • Disputed Transactions If a transaction is disputed and resolved in your favor, any associated Waitlist service fees may be refunded proportionately.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  • Email us at helpdesk@waitlistltd.com with your account details, payment proof, and reason for the request.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction date.
  • Our team will review each request and respond within 10 business days.

5. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

Waitlist reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in special cases, including:

  • System outages or failures that prevent service delivery.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges due to system errors.
  • Exceptional circumstances affecting service usability.

6. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days from the approval date.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
